Returns

Remember that you have a special offer to see and check the jewelry product(s) of your interest in person before your final purchase. You just need to schedule an appointment with our customer service team.

Your purchase of Ruby Valley products can be exchanged or returned within one week (7 days) following delivery or purchase date.

Please kindly note that the jewelry product(s) you purchase must be presented in its original packaging along with the sales receipt from Ruby Valley.

All products must be returned in a new and unused state in its original packaging set. Ruby Valley will not accept any product that does not meet standards applied by Ruby Valley’s Quality Control Team.

Ruby Valley has the right to accept or refuse the returned product(s) based on inspection by QCT.

Personalized and customized jewelry made by a special order cannot be exchanged or returned.
